Battlefield: Bad Company - Pay For Weapons!!!
That's right, EA's newest installment of the high selling Battlefield franchise will only be released with five weapons in the game!!! A further five are 'Downloadable content' but are NOT FREE, you will have to PAY for the other five weapons if you want them.
"Battlefield: Bad Company will release five unique weapons free of charge through five different promotional programs prior to launch, EA will again make these weapons available to players free of charge after launch, in case anyone missed the pre-launch promotions."
The other five weapons will available in the more expensive Gold Edition of Battlefield: Bad Company.
"For players who do not purchase the Gold Edition of the game, they can still buy the five weapons at a small individualized price per item."
Well my personal opinion is... this is a bad move, a very bad move, by EA and DICE. It has already sparked a full fledged boycott of the game - Check out the Official Boycott web page and please Digg it to help ...
